- What quality / file format is the music?
The music quality is 320kbps, which is higher than most other digital download stores (iTunes, Amazon, etc.). When you checkout you can choose to download it in either AAC or MP3 format. - Do the music files contain DRM (digital rights management)?
No. These are clean music files without any digital rights management. They’re your files to keep! - Can I download the music immediately?
Yes! As soon as your credit card charge is authorized you will be redirected to a download page with a link to the music. It’s that simple. - Do you charge sales tax?
Colorado residents are charged 8.16% sales tax. - What is your refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know how we might be able to make it right. If you’ve downloaded the wrong item, an incomplete item, or the quality is not what you expected, let us know. - How will the charge appear on my credit card statement?
The charge will appear as BACKSTAGECHARGE.COM.

If you ever think you’ve been charged in error, please contact us and let us know immediately and we will do everything we can to correct any errors on our end. - I paid for music/media that didn’t download completely.
If your browser window with the Download button is still open, you can click the button and the download should either resume or restart (depending on your browser configuration). If you can’t access the download page any more, please send us an e-mail from the account you made the purchase with and we will send you a custom download link. - How long does shipping take?
Digital sales are immediately available for download. Most physical sales ship and arrive within 2-3 weeks, using first class mail. Please allow additional time for delivery for international sales outside of the United States. - Who has access to my information?
Our system does not store or keep your payment information once it has been processed by our payment processor. Backstage will not sell or release your email, name, or other contact information to a third party but does give us access to it because we created the product you are purchasing.
